My neighbor just got some new goats!
Tabasco chili peppers from my garden. They’re each smaller than your pinkie, but really hot. Once they ripen, I dry them out and chop them up to put on pizza, pasta, eggs, etc.
Thai chili peppers from my garden. I had to harvest them all so they wouldn’t be damaged by frost, but after taking the photo I sealed them in a paper bag for a week, and nearly all have turned ripe red.
Italian sweet peppers from my garden. They’re delicious when coated in olive oil and roasted in the oven for 1/2 hour.
Cayenne peppers. We had a frost so I had to harvest all the peppers. Just put the green ones in a paper bag and they’ll turn red in a few days.
Fall harvest! I grew a total of 29 butternut squash, but already ate a dozen of them before I took the photo.
